This resource is an introduction to the Sikh Khalsa with a focus on class discussion and research skills.
This is suitable for one full lesson period.
There is a presentation which includes learning objectives, a PowerPoint presentation detailing the lesson, starter, link to a BBC video, and activities including a P4C discussion.
The resource includes a sheet where the students can read about the stages of the formation of the Khalsa and develop their research skills. This is ideal for students to work alone or in pairs to fill in.
